Got a call on my mobile from some telecom company, and weirdly they already knew my full name. I told the person nicely that I was about to hang up, and they were pretty polite about it, even thanked me for my time.

Got a call from this number, the guy said his name was Leo. He claimed to have a meeting set up with one of us for tomorrow but wouldn't explain what it concerned. As soon as I asked for more info, he just cut the call.

When they rang, I told them the person they wanted wasn’t here anymore. They called back right away and said “that’s not how to run a business.” I told them this isn’t even a business number now. They called again straight after, snapping “no surprise they left with an attitude like yours...” I hadn’t been rude or raised my voice until that point, but after that comment, I told them to stop calling. I’ve now just taken the phone off the hook.
