This sort of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable! One can only imagine how an elderly individual might feel in such a situation, likely distressed or frightened, possibly even vulnerable to being taken advantage of for sensitive information like bank details. It's not a complex issue! We’re dealing with a landline here!
