Their goal is for you to admit you were in a traffic accident, and once you say yes, they try to put you through to a manager. I played along and pretended I’d been in a crash, and when they asked about my injuries, I told them I was dead. I kept dodging the questions and asked again who they were and the reason for the call, but didn’t get a clear answer.
