I got a robocall claiming to be from Barclays Visa about a £900 charge on my card. They said if I didn’t make the payment I should press 1 to get more info. I ended the call right away. Later, I tried calling the number back but it turned out to be fake - no such number. Sounds like just another scam to me. After watching that BBC show about overseas scammers, I’m pretty certain this was one of those dodgy calls.
