on tues 21 july at 3.23pm i got a call from 01903 680 982. the bloke said his name was mathew and claimed it was about some govt scheme for loft insulation. i told him it was the wrong number and he just hung up right away.

Yep, same con artist calling again!

I got a call from a guy saying he was Matthew, talking about some lagging in my loft. When I told him I don’t have a phone line up there, he just went silent, so I ended up hanging up. Then, last week, the same number rang but this time the caller said his name was Paul.

Something didn’t feel right when they started asking for personal info. I told them if it was urgent, they should send something in writing, then I just hung up.
