I received a call from someone who seemed oddly aware that I’d just had some loft insulation put in. He tried to convince me to arrange an appointment for a survey of the work carried out. However, when I questioned him about why he was using this number instead of the Poole-based company I hired, he abruptly ended the call! It’s clear this is a scam, so do stay cautious. This number definitely needs to be added to the blocked list.

I've been hounded by this caller for the last couple of months regarding some government-backed loft insulation offer. I've made it quite clear that I want the calls to cease, particularly since we're registered with the Telephone Preference Service. I've also taken the liberty of informing West Sussex County Council's Trading Standards about this nuisance.
