Got a call from these lot earlier today. Checked the voicemail later and they said they were from Shell Energy. For some of you it might be First Utility, but for me it’s actually Shell Energy haha. I switched away from them yonks ago though.

This person said they were from 1st Utility but when I asked them who exactly they were passing my debt to and for their debt collector registration number, the call just suddenly dropped. Pretty fishy if you ask me.

I got a call from someone saying they were from a collection company linked to First Utility, asking for payment!!
