Got a call from some bloke claiming he was a Microsoft Windows specialist. He said he could help sort out my internet problems but then warned me my PC would crash in 20 minutes unless I paid £149 for some fake Microsoft certificate. Next thing I know, he’s controlling my computer, deleting files right in front of me while he keeps pushing me for cash. They’re rude, pushy, and just don’t listen. Definitely report these types!

I didn't answer since I didn't know the number and just let it go to my voicemail. As soon as the message started, they hung up. I've blocked them using BT Call Protect now.
