Picked up the phone and said hello, but there was just silence before a recorded voice came on saying all agents were busy. I jotted down the number and decided to call back, which I normally wouldn’t bother doing. This time, a different pre-recorded message played with some cheesy background music, then a weird-sounding bloke (like he’d inhaled helium or something) said the call was important and they’d put me through to the next available person. Didn’t hang around for that though! No clue who these folks are!
