I was told they had been in touch before and wanted to assist with a claim. Problem is, I’ve never made any claim nor spoken to them earlier. Feels like a total scam to me.

This so called ‘legal consultancy’ that deals with ppi claims wont stop ringing me on my mobile and landline. Ive asked them loads of times to take me off their list but they keep on calling regardless. Such annoying persistent calls!
