Absolutely dodgy, I reckon it’s a total con! I received a call from a woman with an Indian accent who insisted she was representing the National Grid. She went on about me being overcharged on my electricity bills, but it just felt so off.

Got a call from someone saying they were from National Grid, telling me I’ve been overcharged on my electric bill. Before I could even say no thanks, they handed me over to a ‘manager’. Definitely felt dodgy, so watch out - seems like a scam.

A lady from India called me just now saying my electricity bills are too high and offered to help. It’s definitely a scam, watch out!

They called asking how much we pay for electricity and mentioned a complaint about us possibly overpaying. Sounds dodgy to me, probably a scam. Best to steer clear.
