Got a call yesterday claiming to be from BT about an internet fault - again! They obviously rang the wrong house though. My husband actually works for BT and was quizzing the caller, who couldn’t answer any of the questions properly. Definitely scammers, don’t bother hanging around for their spiel, just put the phone down straight away!
