Fraud alert! I received a call from a bloke with an Indian accent who claimed to be representing BT. He insisted that my router was only operating at 40% capacity and began probing me with a barrage of questions about my connections. The kicker? I don’t even hold a BT router - I’m a Virgin Media customer! What a cheek!
