Blimey, James has rung me up from yet another new number, this time from a completely different area! That’s it, I’m blocking him for good!

Received a quiet call on my landline — they didn’t bother leaving any message.

01827230678 12/06/23 Just had a call from this number about five minutes ago. The bloke on the other end claimed to be James from Relief Energy and mentioned he’d attempted to reach us multiple times. I told him I wasn’t interested and hung up. Definitely a scam.

I didn’t recognise this number at all, and they just hung up without leaving a message. Very odd.

Received a call where nobody spoke on the other end. Quite baffling, really!

"Beware of the so-called 'James from Relief Energy.' It's clearly not a genuine individual but instead a bot designed to respond using specific keywords from your chat. It's nothing but a scam! Best to just end the call."

Here we are once more, dealing with another load of nonsense from some opportunist. Cheers to Ofcom for being so utterly hopeless! 😄

Yet another call from 01827230678 at 9:29 this morning, 12th June 2023. It’s got to be dodgy characters at play. I don’t recognise the number, and they didn’t even bother leaving a message. Seriously, don’t engage with these callers. Just block it and forget it. The annoyance factor is through the roof!

No message was left behind. Clearly just another scammer.

I received a call from James at Relief Energy, but as I’m registered with the TPS, I informed him it was against the law for him to contact me. I promptly ended the conversation before he could respond. The number has now been blocked.

I had a rather heated exchange with a chap named James from Relief Energy. I wasn’t exactly whispering when I told him where he could take himself! He seemed to have quite the response, mirroring my tone. What a situation!

I had a rather overwhelming experience with a chap who just wouldn’t cease chatter about Relief Energy. I had to raise my voice to get him to pause, and I made it clear that I didn't want any more phone calls. This isn't the first time I've dealt with them; it happened about a year ago. They truly ought to be put a stop to!

Hi there, James. I've been attempting to get through to Energy Relief for a couple of days now.

Received a call on my landline today, that is the 9th of June 2023, at precisely 11:02 in the morning from 01827230678. When I picked up, the line went dead immediately. I don’t recognise the number, so I won’t be returning the call. I’ve noted the incident down and removed it from my records. For now, it’s listed as UNKNOWN.

I took a look on this site and have subsequently decided to block the number.

I received a call from someone claiming to represent Relief Energy, and they insisted on referring to me as the property owner. So, I cleverly asked them, “If you know I’m the owner, then what’s my name?” The caller didn’t have a clue and promptly hung up!

A chap rang up claiming to be James from Energy Relief. He had the cheek to ask if we owned our property, which I declined to respond to. He then blurted out that he aimed to save us some cash. I said I wasn’t keen on chatting any further, and he replied with a rather cheery "have a lovely day" before hanging up.

Every time I pick up, there’s just nothing but silence. This number has been ringing me repeatedly.

The initial call cut off before I had a chance to pick up. A few moments later, it rang again. When I finally managed to answer, a male voice simply uttered 'Goodbye.' That was the entirety of the interaction. Quite bothersome, and I'm inclined to think it might be a scam.

What a con artist! He chose the most inconvenient moment to ring me. I picked up and let him have it with a right blast of annoyance, and he promptly ended the call.
