I've been plagued by Weathershield lately, as they've been touting complimentary damp assessments. However, their tactics become quite overbearing when I express disinterest. I've reiterated multiple times that I don't wish to receive any more calls, previously blocking them on my home phone, only for them to shift to my mobile! I've had to block that number too now. It’s an absolute nuisance!

On the 16th of October 2018, my elderly mother, who is 85, received a call from this individual. She firmly told him she wasn't interested in his incessant chatter about damp proofing in the neighbourhood, at which point she decided to end the call. Not long after, he rang again, spewing a torrent of abuse and even had the audacity to insult her mother.
