They claimed to be ringing from phonehouse and kept going on about it when I asked what the call was about and where they got my number from. I told them to take my info off their list, but she just kept saying they were calling about my contract with phonehouse. I then mentioned that by law they have to delete my details if I ask for marketing calls to stop, and that’s when she cut me off. Pretty obvious scam call.

I received a rather unexpected call, claimed to be from Curry's PC World, offering me some rather enticing phone deals. To be fair, the prices sounded quite reasonable, yet I must admit that the caller's strong accent put me on my guard. It makes me sceptical about the authenticity of this call-I'm not entirely convinced it was genuinely from Currys.

Some person rang me saying they were from O2 and offering a refund because of Covid. Sure, cos O2 always uses a landline in Uckfield, right?! These scammers ain't even bothering to pretend properly now! I gave them a right piece of my mind before ending the call, and then they had the cheek to ring me straight back! Honestly, I wish they all got caught, charged and put away for good. Absolute ####.
