This number 01796 031257 called me a couple of times, with an automated message about our PC causing issues on their servers. They said they'd need to switch our IP address on both the computer and the router. If I pressed 1, they claimed I'd get through to a tech expert who could assist, and they insisted there’d be no cost for any new router. It felt a bit dodgy to me since I reckon a proper provider like TalkTalk would send an email instead. So, I just hung up straight away.
