Got a dodgy call today from someone pretending to be Amazon Prime, saying my membership had just been renewed - which is rubbish because I’ve never signed up for it and don’t want to. The automated message urged me to get in touch to cancel the “renewal”, but it’s clearly a trick to get your personal and bank details. I know Amazon wouldn’t handle things like this over a phone call. Best thing to do is just ignore and block the number straight away.
