At first he was giggling and talking to someone else, then told me it was some government grant for boilers older than 5 years. When I told him to listen up because I’m on the TPS, he claimed the government sent him to call me! I just said I’m not interested and hung up! How lovely of the government to look after little old me!!!

Today I got a call from some bloke named Josh who actually knew my name. When I said I wasn’t keen, he got a bit rude, so I just ended the call. A bit later I rang back, and it was Josh again. I told him off for being so cheeky, and though he said sorry, when I asked to speak to his manager to complain properly, I was just left waiting and no one ever came on the line. I’d really like to find out where this company is based - an address or something - because I reckon sending them a letter might finally put a stop to these annoying calls.
