Had a rather bothersome experience with a cold caller attempting to peddle a boiler to me. When I mentioned I was pressed for time, I swiftly ended the call. To my surprise, the same outfit rang me again, and when they asked if I was Mrs X, I confirmed and was met with a juvenile rude noise before the line went dead. Quite telling about the professionalism of this company, wouldn’t you say?

I tried to get in touch with the homeowner regarding the government’s boiler replacement initiative. However, the moment I inquired more about it, he just reiterated that it was indeed the government’s scheme and promptly disconnected the call. Honestly, it’s just not worth your time. This chap, who goes by the name of Thomas, has called several times before.
