Got a cold call about some boiler replacement grant, but I'm on the TPS so this really shouldn't be happening. Told them to take my details off their list and they just hung up on me. Tried calling back but the number just cuts off. Pretty certain they've been ringing me a few times now.

Tried calling back to complain, but you know what? Seems like all the people there are just as clueless. They’ve clearly been left behind by how things have changed.

A bloke with a South Wales accent, soundin like he's from Swansea (01792 area code), called about replacing boilers. When I asked where he got my number, he said it was from a commercial database. I asked if they follow the TPS rules, and he said they'd remove your number if you ask. Sounds like they’re breaking the rules and should really be reported.
