got a call where no one said a word, just silence on the other end. quite creepy really!

Just a moment ago this number rang me but there was nothing but silence when I answered. I searched it up online and found out it's marked as risky, so I decided to block it straight away.

Got a call claiming to be from BT saying there was an issue with unauthorised access on my broadband. She asked what device I was using, I said a computer. Then she offered to guide me through fixing it. She wanted me to open the event viewer, but I refused and said I suspected it was a scam and I'd report it. She insisted I was mistaken.

I got two calls from this number, first one was completely quiet, no sound at all. The next time I answered, I could hear a man speaking but then it just went silent and the call ended pretty quickly.

As soon as I ended the call, the same number rang straight back. I've gone ahead and blocked it now.

Tried to call back but no one picked up. These leeches really deserve to be held accountable for the scams they're trying to pull, I don’t even wanna think about how much money they’re scammin off poor people. It’s just awful.
