Got a call from a bloke claiming he was from Three Network, but the caller ID flashed up Montpellier Chartered Accountants instead. When I questioned why the number showed a firm instead of Three, he just hung up. I looked them up and found out Montpellier Chartered Accountants is a proper business and that’s definitely their number. So, I sent an email to the company’s director to warn him that someone’s likely ripping off their phone line and running up charges. Unless they actually identify as the accountants, it’s gotta be some scammer messing with their phone system.
