I keep receiving dodgy phone calls regarding some made-up car crash that never happened. It's really quite absurd!

I received a call from someone claiming to represent a road traffic accident hotline, supposedly about a car crash I supposedly had ages ago. Absolute rubbish! I've never been in that situation. It feels like a blatant attempt to pull a fast one on me. I've gone ahead and blocked the number, just to be safe!
