I've had calls from this firm like 6 times in just a fortnight. Each time, I've told them I don’t own a boiler and asked them to take my number off their list, but they keep ringing. It's getting really annoying now. The last person who called cut me off while I was still talking, not even bothering to listen. No clue how they ended up with my number, but honestly, don’t waste your time picking up - they’re extremely rude.

They were asking questions about boilers for your house, but it was clear they wanted to pitch you something after the survey. Bit of a sales trick really.
