Got a call today from 01772614870 while I was in Accrington. It was one of those robo messages claiming there were two dodgy payments taken out of my account, one for £600 and another for £1000. Said they were from businesses I’ve never dealt with. Then it asked me to press 1 to get through to their fraud dept or 2 to speak to another advisor. Total con, don’t fall for it.

I just went ahead and blocked that number straight away.

Just got a call from the number 01772614870, and it's the exact same scam I mentioned before on the 27th of May with the 01772614984 number. They keep using that story about supposed payments to Amazon. I've checked with my bank and they say it's definitely a fraud attempt. Best not to answer or reply to these calls.
