It keeps telling me I’ve been called, then it says press 1 to talk to an adviser and 2 to stop more calls. I tried pressing that but calls keep coming anyway. Today I pressed 1 and it said my call was really important. I waited ages but after about 5 minutes, some strange voice of a woman just said goodbye and hung up! So weird.

Got a call from a woman claiming to be from customs and excise, but she spoke with an American accent. She started threatening legal action unless I got back to her right away. Needless to say, I've blocked her now.
