I reckon this was a bit dodgy! The person on the line claimed to represent the O2 promotions crew, stating they could slash my current O2 plan by a whopping 40%. The moment I mentioned I wasn’t an O2 customer, the caller promptly hung up, leaving me none the wiser. Quite suspicious if you ask me!

Honestly, just ignore it, it's probably Ginsters pushing their vegan sausage rolls. Feels like some kind of scam to me.

So this number 01753 260703 rang me about switching my phone provider and was trying to tell me about their deals but it felt really dodgy and not professional. Then they started asking for my address to send me a new SIM card with the same number. I told them I was suspicious and said maybe they should call back tomorrow but I needed to make sure they weren’t a scam first.

So it turns out the calls are coming from South Africa. I asked to talk to the manager and found out they're some independent outfit hired to ring up folks who've used 02 wifi here in the UK, trying to push mobile plans. Honestly, it’s a bit depressing that 02’s resorting to these kinds of sales tricks.

After getting calls on different days and answering on the second try, I found out it was 02 sales. I said no to all their offers and then ended the call politely. But then they called me again a couple days later, so I’ve blocked the number now.

i keep getting calls from this 02 sales lot who just dont listen no matter how many times i tell them to stop. if you ask nicely to be taken off their list, they just end the call on you. i block one number and then they call back from another that looks almost the same. so annoying!
