3 yearsI received a phone call on Tuesday, 28th February 2023, at approximately 14:15 GMT. The automated voice claimed to be from BT, alerting me to some dubious activity on my bank account. They instructed me to press a particular digit-possibly 3-to connect with an operator. I opted not to follow through and hung up instead. No voicemail was left, so I couldn’t verify any details. I have serious doubts about the authenticity of this call from 01745 564245. The area code indicates it’s from Rhyl, Wales. If there's a chance to look into this, I’d appreciate it. Many thanks!
