Got a call from 017455067785, and there was this recorded voice claiming to be BT, saying my internet had an issue and that I should press 1 or they'd disconnect it. I knew straight away it was dodgy, so I just hung up. Then I looked up the number online and found this site where loads of others mentioned getting the exact same call. Definitely a scam!

I picked up but no one spoke. Definitely a scam. As long as you keep paying your bill, BT or TalkTalk won't disconnect you.

Not with BT though, I got this call and realised it was a total scam. I'm getting so annoyed with these lately. I just ended up yelling "bollocks" at them - felt a bit better, even if they probably didn’t hear me!

Got a robo call supposedly from BT warning me my broadband would be cut off, telling me to press 1 to keep it running. Total scam. BT wouldn’t do that and they definitely can’t just disconnect you like that. This same scam call from different numbers has been blowing up my phone loads of times this week.
