A bloke rang me pretending to be from BT ope, saying my internet was really slow and needed their help. I work in IT, so I played along for a bit before I started spotting loads of mistakes in what they were saying. As soon as they twigged I wasn’t fooled, they just hung up sharpish. They gave me a couple of names - one was some ‘service desk agent’ calling himself Nick Shaw, then he put me through to a ‘senior supervisor’ called Eleanor Fernandez. Total scam.

This number's a mystery to me, so I've just blocked it. No voicemail or anything left behind. Honestly, I’d say it’s probably a scam.
