I got a call claiming to be from "BT" saying there was an issue with my router. They asked what mobile gadgets I had linked to it. I said just my laptop, and suddenly they lost interest, saying laptops cant access router settings. When I questioned that, the bloke seemed annoyed and insisted only mobiles could connect to the router. I told him I actually work in IT installing routers and he was talking nonsense, then he ended the call right away. Total scam!
