Got a call from 01734 ### today, the person on the line sounded foreign and was threatening to disconnect the service at an elderly care home unless some demands were met. Didn’t catch all of what was said, but it was pretty upsetting.

Got calls from different versions of this number about six times in the past ### hrs. A few were actual people saying they’re from BT, and a couple were robo calls. They kept warning me my phone and internet would be disconnected soon. Obviously a scam, but just thought I’d post the numbers here for anyone trying a reverse search!

Got a call this morning around 9 on the ###th of August, someone telling me my internet was about to get cut off.

Just this July, my elderly mum got a call from number 01734 ### and the woman on the line kept asking if she’d been unwell or had a fall lately. The caller also wanted to know if she was out in the garden. Mum found it really odd and felt like the lady was fishing for personal information about her. Very suspicious indeed.

got a call earlier from 01734###, it was a woman’s recorded voice telling me my internet would be disconnected in a few hours unless i pressed 1 to fix it. i went ahead and pressed 1 but the call ended straight away. i was actually planning to mess with them by giving a fake card number, but when i tried calling back, the number was just not working.

Got a call from a bloke with a recorded message, sounded exactly the same. The number had the same area code, 01734, but a different set of digits. I've already told BT about it.

Got a call from some robot lady saying she was from BT broadband, warning me they'd shut my internet in a few hours if I didn’t act. She told me to press 1 to speak to a tech guy. I just ended the call. After looking up the number and some codes, looks like it’s a dodgy scam. The number was 01734###.

I tried calling the number 01734### back but got a message saying it doesn't exist or recognised. Quite odd!

Tried calling but got a message from BT saying the number isn’t valid. Doesn’t seem to exist at all.

So got a call from 01734 ### on July ###, but as soon as I picked up it just cut off. Tried ringing back from my phone and it said the number isn’t valid or doesn’t exist. I’ve just blocked it now so hopefully won’t hear from them again.

I've been receiving persistent calls from this number. Quite the nuisance, really!
