Really polite bloke who said he was ringing from a new emergency response group for people over 50 in my area (I mentioned the town). He actually knew my name which caught me off guard. When I said I'd rather get details sent through in writing, he just hung up straight away without saying anything else. I asked who he was, and he gave me a name right away, sounding pretty sure of himself. But I’m pretty certain that wasn’t his true name.

I told him it was irrelevant because he was already breaking the rules, then he just hung up on me.
