Beware of a scam pretending to be TalkTalk's tech support about faulty router lines. I got a call from a woman speaking with an Indian accent, definitely not local to Sevenoaks, Kent. She said they’d spotted a problem on my line that I supposedly missed. The number she used was 01732 838658, the same one others have reported. Don’t fall for these fakers pretending to be TalkTalk - their communication was unclear at best.
