Some bloke called "James" from Virginmedia was going on about the router. As soon as I asked some questions, he just disappeared.

They claim it's TalkTalk, but that’s not actually true.

Got a scam call pretending to be from my internet provider, but when I told them I wasnt with TalkTalk they just hung up. Switched off my router just in case.
