Got a call from some bloke called Matthew claiming to be from an energy advice company, ringing about insulating my loft. He said they’re based in Oxford but used a local Kent number, where I am. I had a look online and saw the company has loads of bad reviews on Trustpilot. Funny enough, one recent review from Devon said the same thing happened to him, with Matthew calling from a Devon number. Maybe every office across the country just happens to have a Matthew doing the calls!
