Some bloke called himself Alex, said he was an energy rep in our area. As soon as I mentioned I wasn’t the house owner, he just cut the call dead. Tried ringing the number back afterwards but it wouldn’t go through, like it doesn’t even exist. Feels like they’ve just made up a local-sounding number to seem legit - the dialling code matches but the rest of the digits don’t look familiar at all.
