Got a call from someone claiming to be from Virgin Media, said there was an issue with my internet. Thing is, I don’t even have Virgin Media anymore! Pretty clear they’ve grabbed some old customer info. They kept asking to get into my laptop to "sort it out". This is the second time I've had the same kind of call recently - total scam!
