Got a call from some Indian call centre chap who kept trying to get me to confirm if I was the business's bill payer. He kept asking, "You're the bill payer, aren’t you?" about five times in a row. I kept replying with “ok”, but apparently that wasn’t the answer he wanted. I finally asked why he kept repeating the same question after I’d already answered, and then he just abruptly ended the call. Proper muppets.
