Had a female voice yesterday, today it was a bloke - feels like a scam to me, so best steer clear.

got a call earlier saying they were from a government office about my loft insulation not meeting some standards. they said id need to get it removed and replaced, and if i gave them my info, they'd arrange someone to do it for little money. they also pushed me to pay straight away by bank transfer for a discount. when i asked for their name, dept and a number to verify, the line just cut off. definitely felt like a scam.
