Got a call from someone speaking with a South Asian accent who asked for me by my full name. They claimed it was about loft insulation. I told them I wasn’t interested and ended the call straight away. I blocked the number soon after. Tried calling it back but it never connected, so I’m pretty sure the number was fake and it was a scam.

Got a call on my mobile from a number I didn’t recognise, it said St Albans, England on the screen. It wasn’t saved in my contacts so I didn’t pick up. No voicemail or anything left afterwards. After reading some reviews about this number, I’ve gone ahead and blocked it and wiped it from my call log.

Looks like the site (who called me [###]) is the public sticking up for themselves, well done everyone and cheers a lot! No annoying pop-ups or requests for my email or phone, just straight info. I searched the number on Google and w c m [###] popped up right away, showing folks like me all the scam calls that come through. Really appreciate it, thanks again!
