I received a call from someone with an Asian accent claiming to be from Openreach, warning me that my internet was set to be cut off. It all sounded like utter nonsense, so I didn’t bother to entertain their spiel. I hung up and promptly blocked the number. It’s clearly a scam, considering that Openreach or BT would only reach out if there was a fault that I’d reported.
