Not sure who it was. Picked up cos the number looked local and I was waiting on a call from my doc. Heard a lady with an accent say hi, then silence before she dropped the call. Rang back but got a busy tone and told my voicemail was full. Really irritating when they use a local code like that. Blocked the number now.
