Always hold your call for a moment before you say anything, cause once the automated voice starts, it’s a nightmare and you can’t get a word in! Better to wait till it actually picks up before you try speaking.

They actually left a voicemail telling me to press 2 if I wanted to complete the transaction. Was quite surprised to get a message from them, to be honest.

I've received calls from this number at least twice a day for about a week. The first time I picked up, they claimed to be from the national compensation service, which I found quite dubious, so I ended the call promptly. After reading similar experiences here, I’ve decided to block the number altogether.
