Sounds like this is a call centre doing Vodafone’s bidding - Vodafone’s own site shows the numbers they use for calls. At the end of their list, they say “For special offers, our sales team may ring you from: 800 408 0845 - 0141 419 4380 - 01709918613.” Still, they’re pretty annoying!
