I checked Vodafone's official site and apparently this number belongs to their ‘retention team’. If you head over there, select ‘help & information’ and type ‘is it vodafone calling?’ in the search bar, you’ll find an article popping up. Once you open it, scroll down a little (you might have to click on the red icon to get to the full content). The number should be shown somewhere there. Just so you know, it might only make outbound calls, so don’t expect anyone to pick up if you try ringing it back.

For the past three days, this number has been ringing me a couple of times each day. I’m with Vodafone too, and just renewed my contract. My smartphone flags it as spam, so I’ve ignored the calls entirely and ended up blocking the number now.
