Got a call just now from this number, some bloke saying they had to delete an account under the name "Linda Hawkins". Sounded really suspicious, loads of background noise and he never said who he was or mentioned Vodafone or anything. Been getting loads of calls daily from this 'web help' lot, about 4-5 times a day. I've had to use an app blocker to blacklist them now. Checked their contact page (webhelp/contact), and they list a media mobile number as 07703 188 622. So I've started forwarding all calls from '01709765330' straight to that number - maybe they'll get a taste of their own medicine.
