Got a call just now from this number, some bloke saying they had to delete an account under the name "Linda Hawkins". Sounded really suspicious, loads of background noise and he never said who he was or mentioned Vodafone or anything. Been getting loads of calls daily from this 'web help' lot, about 4-5 times a day. I've had to use an app blocker to blacklist them now. Checked their contact page (webhelp/contact), and they list a media mobile number as 07703 188 622. So I've started forwarding all calls from '01709765330' straight to that number - maybe they'll get a taste of their own medicine. There’s plenty of apps out there on the Play Store or Apple store that let you call and spam these nuisance numbers. Give it a go and send the favour back their way!

I've received numerous calls from this number throughout the past month. Eventually, I picked up the phone, and a lady introduced herself as Natasha from Vodafone, claiming she had some perks to offer me since I was a valued customer with two phones. When I questioned her credentials, she promptly sent me a text confirming her identity as a Vodafone advisor. I pointed out that anyone could easily text that message, and just like that, she disconnected the call.
