Looks like these people ring up Vodafone users pretending to be from Vodafone themselves. They try to convince you to switch over to them instead, claiming they can offer cheaper deals on the Vodafone network. Then they ask for your bank details - which is odd, because if they were actually Vodafone, they’d already have that info. Honestly, best to not share anything with them and just block the number straight away.
