It’s a shame that a town with decent folks gets a bad name because of those desperate or greedy types behind these awful, intrusive calls. Got a call supposedly from Vodafone, which apparently do hire this telemarketing company. They tried to sell me some ‘special offer’ as if I’m a loyal customer, with a tablet or gadget at a ‘reduced’ price. Just like others have said, the sales person was really pushy, quite rude, unprofessional and seemed to have no real info about my account. Dodgy call. They phoned me asking if I was the Vodafone account holder, I asked which branch and the guy muttered something about Yorkshire. Then I asked for the account holder’s name and he just ended the call. STAY AWAY. I reckon some of the positive reviews here might actually be from them. Watch out folks!!!
